There are a few parts that I actually make or fabricate for these cars. I'm trying to come up with more stuff too so if you think of anything please PM me. So far I have modified mounts to swap in a 4G63 to a 1.5 chassis. I can either modify yours if you send them to me or send you a set of mine that are already modified and credit you for cores once I receive your old ones. Prices are as follows:

Elantra/CSM turbo t-belt mount $25 (no core required)

Image

Brand new Hyundai Elantra mount, same as above but not used. (Limited supply) $50

modified rear mount:

$30 to modify yours and ship it back (you cover shipping to me) or $45 shipped with no core.

modified tranny mount works with KM210 or F5M33:

$30 to mod your FWD DSM mount (will have 210H stamped on it) as they don't require alot of time. $35 to mod your AWD DSM mount (22H) or your 1.5 manual tranny mount (200L) as they require alot of changes.

adapter harness:

Image

This is a plug and play adapter harness that converts the 1.5 csm chassis harness to plug right into the 1g dsm engine harness. This controls all gauge wiring and wiring to the MPI relay to get the car running. You will also have to run a single wire under the hood to get the starter to work. Detailed instructions on how to do this will be included as well. All harnesses are soldered and heatshrinked and oem connectors are used. Works with 91-94 dsm engine harness only as the 90's are a little different. I can make an adapter harness for a 90 but you must send the connectors as they are next to impossible to find at the junkyards. $48 if I supply all connectors or $28 if you send your own. PM me for which ones are needed. Also note: I did not trace the wires for AC as most CSM's either didn't come with it or the owner rips it out for weight reduction, better cooling and more room for a FMIC.

rear caliper brackets:

Image

These are bolt on brackets that allow you to use turbo colt or dsm rear calipers for a rear disc swap. They are no longer available from Mitsubishi. Hubs are available used or from some of the parts stores such as Napa and Advance Auto. Hand cut and welded (very time consuming) and painted satin black. $95 shipped for the pair

Ebrake cable adapters:

Image

Image

These are fitted to the ends of the stock drum ebrake cables (welding required) to extend them for use with calipers. So if your cables are free and in good working order you don't have to worry about finding GT ebrake cables or modding dsm cables to work. $35 shipped

4x100 rear disc kit

This kit will work on 3g's with 4g/5g oem 4x100 rear hubs. Complete bolt-on, no welding required. It also uses the stock drum ebrake cables. Kit is $145 shipped for everything pictured, add $75 for good used calipers and brake lines. 2002 Mini Cooper S rear rotors are needed but not included, you can pick these up at any major parts store for about $25-$30 each.

Do you have cores that you can send? Please PM me with details. I think everything is already priced fair for the amount of work that it takes but I'm sure I could knock off a little more for a package deal.

It should be the same as the 3g csm mounts although I haven't tried it yet. Want to be a guinea pig? :P

Next time I'm at the yard I'll pull a 3g NT 5 speed tranny mount and compare it to my 4g mount. If the holes are all the same it'll be safe to assume that the 3g turbo mount (or one of my modded ones) will work.

The mounts are modified for the 3g csm's but Fuji was asking about my mounts that I made for my 4g. It allows you to use a 1g dsm tranny instead of the more expensive and harder to find 2g turbo trannies that have the mounts on the tranny case.

I can make these too if there is interest but it'll be a few weeks as I am in the process of fixing the new bathroom and moving at this time.
