Universal urethane (the expensive ones) flaps with stainless hardware for a GVR4. Each flap comes with 3 bolts/washers. 2 bolts/washers are new stainless, the third is old OEM.
They bolt/screw right into the dog leg/fender shield area. Using one or two existing holes and self tapping the other ones.
