This fell into our lap and we actually have quite a few of these so we are going to pass this one on. It looks like it came of an earth mover or something like that. The turbine wheel does have some minor damage. It appears to have melted a little from who knows how many hours of use. This appeared evident once I media blasted the turbine housing and found some serious cracks. This turbo will be coming with a good housing though.
It spins fine and has no shaft play in any direction. I cleaned the center section thoroughly and did not get any foreign debris out of it. I would certainly run this turbo on my car.
