Are those BMW headlights? Or modified OE headlights?

They're BMW E36 headlights. There was a fad a few years back where people were installing them on CSM's. Frankly, I think it's the ugliest thing ever, and I'm glad people aren't doing it anymore.

I agree with you Tony. OE headlights look far better, especially when you add a colored tint to them.
