i have a 1991 dodge colt. 4 speed white. bought it not running. put in fuel pump $100, had pcm caps replaced(all 4, dan did the work) about $40, has 3 brand new tires $120 , needs 1 more tire for $40, plugs $10, wires $25, cap $5, rotor $5, coolant temp sensor $20, cut off exhaust (thought it was plugged) made sure cam timing was right and set engine timing. and still wont run right. i can get it to start but it acts like its overfueling. after it warms up it will run ok but when you go full throttle it acts like it shuts off for a second than takes back off. good body. little rust over rear wheel wells. drivers seat cracked and flacking. has ac, cd player, clear coat is flaking off. great for a swap. i have way to many cars now. done with it. located in kansas city MO clear title. $400 obo john 816-204-058three call or text

Even tho you replaced the caps, I'm still going to say it's the ecu. If you were closer the car would be sold.
