I've decided to part with this setup because I don't see another swap in my near future. I will end the auction early for the right offer.

Honestly you'd be better off unbolting all of the rear disc parts and scrapping the axle itself as its the same between the turbo and na cars. This way you could pile it all in one big box and ship it.

Thanks for the tip, I didn't know they were the same. I'll take your advice.

Well actually the 89-90's are all identical, the 91-92's use a brake line bracket that is welded onto the axle beam, not bolted on like the earlier ones. Still, finding a way to attach the brake lines is pretty simple with a home made bracket. Its beats shipping the entire rear axle either way.

Definitely. I've been storing this huge axle for 2-3 years now for no good reason, haha. I ended the auction and will probably just hang onto the parts now that they won't take up a HUGE amount of space in my garage in case another CSM comes my way. Thanks again for taking the time to post!

Thats a smart move if you ever plan on picking up another csm project. The rear disc parts come up every now and then but they are getting harder to find for sure. Plus you know how it is, stuff hardly ever comes up when you actually need it.

Glad I could help but I wasn't trying to talk you out of selling them :P .

I only wanted to sell the setup because it is enormous with the complete axle and takes up a ton of room. I could justify not having it in the future when I wanted it for saving the space in the meantime. Now that it can be compact in a corner, I will likely have less regret when I want to install it in the future :)

I'll buy everything minus the axle. Let me know how much shipped to North Texas.

OK gonna do take two on this now that I've got the axle pulled out of the middle and the package is a bit more shippable :) Package still includes all hardware, dust shields, wheel hubs, adapters and is 100% complete because it was pulled from a complete rear axle assembly. Still includes the brand new rotors and pads pictured.
