So I am putting the colt back together (AWD) but the mounts I have are for a 5 spd.. and I know the auto mounts are diff.. if anyone has a set laying around..or know of anyone who swapped from auto to 5 spd and they have the mounts still..hit me up..

I need the front (# 506) and the rear (# 793).. these are the metal parts that bolt to the block.. must be from a 91-94 AWD auto.. numbers are stamped right on the parts in 3/4 to 1' size.

thanks much Steve

does anyone have a account over on tuners/talk.. who can post in the wanted section? if so would you be willing to post for these parts over there? I will post here if I find any but so far not 1 person seems to have these.. I guess everyone who swapped there dsm from auto to 5 speed dont exist anymore lol..

if you post over there please let me know so we can stay in contact during this process. thanks much :partyman:

Are you making a custom crossmember? If so you should be able to use the original colt mounts. I'm guessing the only dsm mount that you'll need is the one that bolts to the top of the auto trans.

im custom fitting a 1g dsm subframe under the colt.. so I need the auto awd dsm front and rear mounts.

ok so after posting the post above I went out and did a lil work on the car since its a beautiful day out... and looking at the motor and trans in the car by the 2 side mounts only.. and remembering what I had just posted about custom fitting the subframe I decided to put the 5 spd front and rear mount on it to see how it looked..

well there was more clearance than I excepted. so I actually have room to move it around some to get all the angles correct... now I just need to see if my friend with a 1g auto can spare some time for me to go over is car with a level and tape measure.. then its time to fab up the mounting points and rebuild the firewall so its all one piece.

will post pics in the next few weeks as I get more done..
