One thing I want to get done is rebadging the car. I woild like to have the factory badges re-made. You can see shadows of where they used to be located, But Father time and the AZ sun must have convinced the Previous owner to peel them off?? Anyhow I was thinking Black vinyl decals would look good, possibly charcoal?. These are pics of the ghost badges currently on the car.

Does anyone think they can make these?

Check Hyundai to see if they still have them.

I havent really been driving the car too much due to cold weather, so yesterday after work I thought I would re-connect the Heater core. Man, The damn thing leaks, I caught it in time to form a small puddle on my freshly cleaned carpet! The PO told me that it didnt work, Not that it leaks! Well, Time to replace it. This is gonna suck! slowdsm come give me a hand!

do you have to pull the dash on those like a dsm/csm to get at the heater core???

probably.. most asian cars i have seen you have to remove the dash...

why couldn't they design them like my 92 ford ranger where theres a little access hatch under the heater box that makes a heatercore job a 15 minute affair!!

Thanks steve, but I ended up doing the job early yesterday morning.

And in order to replace this I had to remove the lower part of the dash only. It was a pain but I didnt have any major issues. I got to rework some of my wiring too.
