You doing shootout this year in the car (I assume trailer baby)? I am sure the car will grab a ton of attention. I saw your fb vid of the launch. Also, let me know when you want to move up to a wiseco piston, eagle rod, stock crank setup....I have a spare and if it sits in my possession for to long then I will sell it. It is just the short block and I have all the machining receipts. The machinest is top knotch where I come from.
I'm good on a that for now, I have some other things in mind first. But if I change my mind I will hit you up.

Did anyone video your last run and also what happen with the battery?

I got a video of me breaking the driveshaft lol. The battery I guess worked it self loose and welded it self to the bracket, the guys next to me hooked me up with a battery.

As usual I'm late with my updates. Just before shootout I finished up a few things, installed a Raptor shift light, a driveshaft loop, and finished my new valve cover and catch can set up.

I really like the raptor shift light, easy to hook up and setting it up was a breeze. Its also very small easy to put any where.

I had a catch can made by Fatfab which came out great! And had a buddy weld in some -10an fittings in my Mitsubishi valve cover and painted them both with hammered gray paint.

With the car ready to go to shootout I only had one track day to test the car out. On the first pass I broke an axle in my 3-bolt rear end. So with no test passes I swapped in my 4-bolt rear end and axles and headed off to Norwalk. Long story short I had issues all weekend I was trying to sort out but ended up with one cleanish pass. I ended up with an 11.3 @ 125 but the car was cutting out really bad and ended up being plugs. The next pass after that I broke a driveshaft yoke.

Couple shots from shootout.

I also found a video one of my buddies took.

Now with the new stuff! I got the car back together a couple weeks ago, I just put a stock yoke and U-joint back in. I also picked up a throttlebodies.com N/T throttlebody, unfortunately the coupler I need is on back order and really hard to find. So that may wait until this winter when I change my brake set up and get rid of the booster. The thing I'm most excited about is the Angry Aero I had made for the car. I gave my spare JDM bumper to Jason Flesher (angry aero) to make some block offs for me. I just picked them up from him and I couldn't be happier.

Something I have been wanting to change for a while, I hated how my old throttle body and adapter looked.

So what winter progress have you made?

I was somehow able to fit a 2.5" coupler over the NT TB, I have sense ordered a 2.75-2.5" reducer one off ebay, expecting it to fit much better. Car looks amazing man.

Zero progress has been made over winter. I had some plans for more upgrades over winter but for several different reasons decided to keep it simple this year and just fix a couple things. Basically all I need to do it get a new radiator and fix the throttle body issue, also learn how to drive the car down the track lol.

Thanks dude! I may end up just rebuilding my old throttle body for now and change it up next year.

Got some updates, didn't really want to do much to the car over winter. I actually didn't really touch the car until a couple months ago, over winter I started a new hobby/really small business but that's a different story for a different thread.

So the plan was to get a bigger radiator and fix idle problem I was having. I ended just rebuilding the throttle body but I don't think that was causing the issue. When I had my ID's sent off to get clean one ended being out of spec so I replaced that one and with their recommendation I picked up another larger fuel filter. So I moved my smaller fuel filter before fuel pump, where it should have been anyways, lol. Finally I picked up an afco radiator to hopefully fix my overheating issue, which it didn't  looks like I need to get a new fan at this point.

Other than that I bolted up my bulfab mustache bar and picked up some new wheels for the car.

New setup in the rear, maybe some day I'll clean up the rear end.

Radiator mounted up

Really excited I could find some hoses to work.

New wheels!!!!!

And of course I couldn't keep the terrible red

The car looks great with the flat grey wheels. I liked the old white wheels too though. Why'd you switch it up?

Mainly to make room for bigger brakes I didn't install over winter but I found those wheels for a good price and couldn't pass it up.

Looking good! Anxious to see a clean 10 sec pass out of this car at the shootout.
