I finished up my intake manifold and since I was getting it heat coated, I got my modified 1.6 water pipe done also.

Looks good. Is that a 1.6 or a 2.0?

Little update, Got the built motor in, fabbed up a lightweight front bumper support/ intercooler bracket, Cut out the bumper for the core. Next Im going to do some custom intercooler end tanks.

24 X 12 X 3.5 Garrett core

Fits in with a nice angle

Stock front bumper still fits nice

Im going to put a sump on the bottom of the stock tank, when I took it apart I found out the stock tank was fubar with rust on the inside. Ordered a new tank from Rock Auto...$180 shipped!

I'm definitely look forward to seeing this project come to fruition. It will be quite a beast.

Now my car has brakes for the first time in 10 years, and some EVO extended wheel studs.
