I know this is an old thread. Never saw these posts. The car was on ECMlink V3, the front bumper is from an Infiniti G20. I miss this car so much, currently trying to find it. I may have more updates soon, I have a hot lead. |

Quote: due to some unforseen circumstances involving large slicks and a weak differential i am forced to undergo a AWD swap, its not like i want to roll around my garage floor for hours on end but what choice do i have..
hey man. like what your doing looks good.pull it in the garage and drop the crossmember.. heres the front motor mount, obviously the old crossmember is in the way of the transfer case so we gotta make a new one. time to bring out the super expensive engineering tools... a sharpie and some cardboard after several hours of cutting, test-fitting, removing, grinding, re-installing, etc i ended up with this.. this is the passenger side. my car was missing the tow hook from this side so i had to make my own. the other side is welded to the still intact stock drivers side tow hook. and we end up with this... heres what the garage looks like after im done... more to come..... hopefully im from australia and i found a cyborg crossmember that bolts right in on the standard mounts and fits the transfer case here is a pic upload photo made my life very easy. |

That was the previous owner. I ripped that out and built a tubular cross member. |
