I run a de-powered rack on the road course (The Ridge) 20min. sessions it's not bad at all, hell it might even improve feel and feedback. However if you run a very soft compound or slicks you might be sore the next day. :)

@ Nocturnal: I'm fine with your mind finally, i use Yokohama Advan A048 medium compound. This tires picks up all the gravel on the road really :D

@ Tim: Thanks you my friend. The Colt come back soon to the body shop for body retouches for free, some imperfections from the last work.

I need to take better pictures i know that, I'm happy really to see this project running finally

Hi Tim.
The Colt could be tuned this month weather temp depending.
Good :
-Better feeling with the Koni's now, turn fast and still comfortable.
-It pull hard at 15 psi with s16G, logged 22lb/m. Goal is 20 psi or more with ecmlink boost control function.
Bad :
-Blue smoke sometime, maybe from the rebuilded s16G. I need to find why before tune.
-The turbo hit full boost at 3400 rpm, the 43cc big port head/ FP manifold/ 7cm turbine housing combo is not the best idea with the 1.6 bloc ...

More to come my friends :D

3400 rpm not bad for a 1.6. My 1.6 s16g is 4000rpm full boost, evo3 exhaust mani, shimmed and over preloaded internal wastegate, 7cm turbine housing but stock exhaust.

Ah, the blue cloud! Hmmmm ....

On the bright side, that is fast spool compared to my old 1.6 with 1G DSM upgrades strapped to it.
