Post subject:  again with the driveshaft problems

got a new problem with my custom made shafts.Ive hade custom made shafts on my 91 lancer with a 4g63t engine,as you slighty turn the wheel to the right you get a type of vibration, feels like your going over little bumps in the road, this only happens under acceleration..Sometimes when the car is jacked up then put back down it will stop, then a day or two later it will start again or immiedantly after a good thrash.Has anyone experianced this before????
I'm about to give up and getting sick of all these problems the damn shafts have caused.
i dont think the c'vs are worn as the dont make any noise when you turn, like clack clack clack.
Could it be the shaft is an incorrect length ,long or short and pulling the cup out of the gbox or working to far near the end and then maybe when jacked up it goes back in place?????
ANY IDEAS PLEASE!!!

Did you have your axle shafts made with the parts from your old ones?

What parts were used ?

no.they were built from scratch at a local engineering shop.

The only true way to tell would be to get a full set of measurements from stock shafts and compare it to your custom ones.

There is axle information in the factory service manuals.
Sometimes you can find axle sizings on web sites, but it's like insider information sometimes.
