Hi,

Engine is a 4G61 with some modifikations.
Follow parts are well installed:
cylinder-head, intake manifold(will change to a Cyclone-intake-manifold), throttel-body(60mm) and fuel-injektors(240's) of a 4G67. Air-mass-flow-meter is orginal, but with open big bypasses(this will no change). The fuel-pressure is available(regulator) and a SAFC-NEO is installed. A Data-logger is alltimes in this car. The ecu is a modifyed eprom 4G61 ECU. This will work on a Turbo-engine. A oil-cooler is well installed. Momently power is 135-140hp. I'm not shure...
This engine will goes turbo, with parts of a Mirage GT 1,6T.
The turbocharger:
I'm not shure if the orginal is an 11g or b or whatever. And i hope some of you can say me, what turbo-charger is the right to have after installation 160-170hp. I dont want over 200hp. The engine should dont go defekt...
The exhaust-manifold will be a 4G63T-part, this works much better on the 4G67-head, than a 4G61-part. What turbo is maby for me? And what is the orginal?
Shouldt i change the 240er Fuel-injektors(from a 4G67)? And how big have they to be?
The Fuel-pump is momently orginal. Some peoples in german forums think, this will work well. Does it?

A big thanks for awnsers.

11b is the stock turbo on a 4g61t. You are going to need bigger injectors, like from a 4g63t...which are 450cc. The 4g67 injectors you have flow only 210cc's, and they will not be safe to use with a turbo.

For moderate power over the 11b turbo, you could upgrade to the 14b

Hi,

the injektors of a german 4G67(136hp, 16V DOHC) are 240cc's. The 210cc-injektors, are stock on a 4G61(DOHC 16V 124hp). I dont think that anywhere is installed other injektors.
But i think the same. I need bigger injektors. :axe:
As turbo, at first i get a 11b. later i can get a bigger one, if its to powerless.
The fuelpressure is regulated at 4Bar's. Not 3.2Bar's like orginal.

Yes...it appears your injectors are 240cc. Definitely get some bigger injectors though.
