I'll get this right with your help.

After a considerable amount of research it looks like this.

Purchase the 3' Megan downpipe. Easy but a need a CAT - 3" high flow. There are different styles such as this one which sports the O2 sensor ports;

And this which sports the 3" flanges but no O2 inlets;

It seems however that the Megan will have to be cut to accept the addition of a CAT.

The way I see it now is that the CAT with O2 inlets should get welded to the end of the cut Megan downpipe upstream then welded again downstream to your basic 3" pipe to muffler.

Or, the Mean is cut and flanged there by allowing the bolting of the "flanged" CAT which would bolt a 3" staightpipe to muffler. Only problem with this setup is that it lacks the O2 inlet(s).

Comments? Suggestions? Experiences? :D

You don't want a cat with 02 inlets, you only have one 02 sensor in your car and it sits right after the turbo. You will have to cut the downpipe if you want to add a cat in, but that's not a big deal for anyone who can weld and cut metal pipes. :wink:

My head is nodding up and down. Get the CAT with the flanges and the Megan downpipe.
