Hi there.

Is anyone able to tell me the Denso part number for the 4G61t, 4G63T, and the NA 4G63.
I have 2 FPR's here at the moment, one with DENSO 1381, and one with DENSO 1390 on it.

Im looking for the FPR from a NA 4G63 for my car as im needing a little more fuel (im already running 450cc injectors). Will the stock fuel pump cope running 11 psi more pressure? I will re-wire the fuel pump at the same time.

Out of interest, does anyone here own a 5 door lancer hatch (c63a) like me?

Cheers
-Jeza

Anyone able to check on their car at all? It'll only take a couple of minutes. The number is stamped on the end of the FPR.

Cheers

Okay, i've found the info i think, and i'll post it incase anyone is interested.

4G61T - Denso 1390
1G 4G63T - Denso 1381
1G 4G63T (auto) - Denso 1382
1G 4G63 (NA) - Denso 1261

If anyone thinks this is wrong let me know... cheers.

Did you get a chance to test the NA regulator? This has been discussed before, but I don't think anyone ever did it.

I've been trying to get ahold of a NA FPR to put on my car, because I have to richen the AFC a lot with the 450cc's and 1G Air sensor

No... i havent got hold of the NA FPR yet, but i should have one on its way. Frpm what i've read around the place, the NA 4G63 FPR is about 11 psi higher pressure than the 4G61T FPR.

I will let you know how it goes once i've played with it. but that probably wont be for a couple of weeks yet.

Do you know how well the stock fuel pump will hold up running 450cc injectors, and 11 psi higher fuel pressure? Should i get a vr4 pump if i can find one cheap? will it fit straight into my tank?

Cheers

get a new pump, better safe than sorry. It is easier to tune out the extra fuel than not have it there at all.

The difference of psi on
4G61 - 36.3psi MD124648 (Turbo or NT ??? )
4G63 1g
Turbo (Manual) - 36.3 psi MD124647

Did you know the part number of FPR of a 4G61 NT and how mutch psi is it.

I ask because i have a 4g61 NT and i want to install my laser manifold, turbo, fuel rail(450cc) on my elantra.

My fear is to run to rich on vaccum and lean on high boost

i was reading earlier and i quote
The stock fuel pressure regulator on the EFI engines (4g15) regulates to 47.6psi/3.3 bar. Its part number is MD119038.

I ran as do some friends of mine, a non turbo 4g63 regulator. 49psi base I believe. I never had any problems on mine.

I've heard that it's 43psi base. I've had several friends use them with success too.

damn this is some good info!!! :o

luckily, i have at my disposal:

1 4G63 n/a FPR
1 4G61T FPR
1 4G61 n/a FPR

i am presently using the 4g61T regulator and was wondering why the hell my base PSI was running so much lower than when i had the 4g63 n/a on. i was actually gonana change out to aftermarket this coming weekend. i didnt kno that i can just slap back on the 4g63 n/a regulator and presto, have higher base psi readings. i always figured the turbo was a rising rate type and i'd have to stick to that!!

woot!!!
