Which cam sensor do you 2.0 swap guys run? Is there a diffence between the 2.0T versus the 1.6T?

As long as it plugs into your wiring harness you should be good.

The 4G61T CAS and the '90 4G63T CAS are the same, it should plug right in and work fine. If you don't have a CAS then you need one from a '90 4G63T motor. I'm not sure if a N/T CAS will work too, but I'd imagine it would.

They are the same. Why should it matter to you, you make STi's go BOOOOM

All jokes aside, the 1.6 and the 90 CAS are the same as mentioned before. If you can locate one, get the optical CAS which is better than all of them ;)

The 4g61 cas has longer leads coming off of it iirc.

I'd assume the 4g61t CAS would work just fine on a 90 motor, as would the 91-92 sensors if wired up properly since they are all optical sensors. The 93-94 black cover sensor is a hall effect sensor, which is magnetically induced pickup. The signal is a square wave signal which is very consistent and less prone to interference than say a Sine wave signal. There seem to be some EMS cars that run the hall effect sensor because of the amplitude of the signal being nice and high with no droppage of signal and greater consistency. I'll ask a couple friends of mine to see what they suggest.

The turbo and NT sensors are the same.

Well its been a while since I been on here, and after almost a year with the Colt being in the corner, I finally dug it out, dusted it off, and decided to get back crankin on it. This is mostly due to the fact I had a baby boy in July.
Im having trouble getting it dialed in. Running real shitty and loading up with fuel big time. I've changed so much stuff I cant keep up with it anymore nor remember which year parts I've used. Pretty bad, I know. A wrong CAS was in the back of my head and I couldnt remember which one I was running. Just thought I would eliminate that as a possibility. Just seems to be some kind of electrical issue. Weather its my wiring being wrong, settings screwed up, or a bunch of nick-nack crap screwing me up.
If you guys can think of anything, Im all ears... Heres a quik rundown of what Im working with...

89 Colt GT (originally 1.6t)
JDM 4G63T
DSMlink
MD166262 ECU (from a 91+ DSM)
91+ Transistor wired to make the ECU work
1g MAF (til I figure out what the hell is going on)
PTE 880cc
SX Fuel Pump
Aero. Pump Controller (which Im about to ditch)
Aero. Regulator
-8an feed
Holly rail
SCM61
N/T throttlebody
yadda
yadda
and a bunch more stuff unrelated to my problem...
oh and yes, it is AWD... at least thats working right lol!!

You went with 5 lug hubs up front right? If so, did you run the tierod down like all colts or up like DSMs? If you ran it down, what modifications so the stud would fit properly?

Looking real good though, let us know how she runs.

If i remember, I ran the tie rods up through the knuckles. Didnt seem to have any problems and so far so good. I also had swapped to a manual rack. Not that it would matter though. I took it to a very reputable alignment shop and they didnt address any issues. What problems should I have encountered? I did have to install a cam-bolt and notch out the strut tower so they could 0* out the camber. I had waaay positive camber when I first installed the conversion. Definatly a PITA!

If you ran the tierod stud upwards like on a DSM then you should encounter some bumpsteer issues, but supposedly it is minimal. If you haven't noticed anything while driving so far then I wouldn't worry about it.
