A 4G63 turbo and tranny have already been installed in a 1st gen MR2, so anythings possible.
The bigger issue is knowing what you are getting into.
If you HAVE to ask that question then the answer is NO. There is no
cross swap that will be easy and without much fabrication for YOU if you had to take the time to ask if it would it be easy or not.
What type of experience /money/tools do you have? Not that you have to publicly answer on this thread, but they are variables to take into consideration of you want to do a swap.
1. How will I mount this motor in the chassis?
2. Who will build the motor mounts and how much will they charge me if I'm not going to do the welding
3. Am I going to use a COMPLETE 4G63 wiring harness, or build a custom harness
4. How about my axles..... Do I go with shorthened/lengthened, beefed up axles, and how much will they charge me to mod them?
5. what radiator am I going to use?
There are probably 100 other questions that I could ask but you get the picture.
