I used the car this morning because I have to take My daughter to her doctor, and the heater is really hot and working good. When we got home, I didn't use it for about 4 hours... when I started the car the blower is now working, so i checked the fuse box at the driver side ( near the dead pedal) and it doesn't have the cover ( or the labels for the fuse) so I searched here and found this http://forum.4g61t.org/viewtopic.php?t=16480 and I believe its came as from the 4G15, because its exactly the same as the one in my wifes 4G15 colt... does anybody have the fuse box the one from 4G61T.

It's the same cover, but some wording changes from year to year, and or model to model to fit the label on the back of your car, READ Chrysler, Mitsu or Eagle. I have the same cover on my 1.6T, but only 1 or 2 differences in wording. These cars are pretty standard regardless of what options you have.

If your blower motor is still not working check the relay. It's above the interior fuse panel where the turn signal blinker is located.

You mean in the steering column or in the side where you can adjust the dim of the light at the spedometer?

This should help.

It is a big picture but I wanted you to be able to really see what you need. You're interested in picture H for the location of the heater relay.
