yeah man, that is original paint...
too bad i can't sell it to ya.. :)

ok, i went to the muffler shop and they sad that they can do everything (I think with materials) for about 500 bucks...
they will put 3 inch (if it will fit) or 2.5 (if 3 doesn't fit).
now they want to put the flowmaster muffler.. any suggestions on that (or should I go with magmaflow)?!

So if they will do everything so maybe i dont need that 200 dollars pipe?

The $200 dollar downpipe will last alot longer than the mild steel/aluminized exhaust they will "press" bend for you. 3" does fit and if they screw it up, they have to eat it and get it to fit cause a good welder can do anything with enough pipe. I have a magnaflow with offset ends in 2.5" and it is pretty mellow which is good from keeping people's ear perking up as you go by. Mellow=stealthy=less attention.
A 2.5" mandrel bent exhaust will still lend itself well to a 14b combination, if you choose to go that route. I have a 2.5" press bent system and would love to get some mandrel bends in there to open things up.

thanks Mr. Eagle ;)

i'm gonna go with 3" and small 16g...
ok, i will follow your suggestion and get that 200 down pipe, but will it be enough place for a catalytic converter before the axel bent?! (it doesn?t say how long the down pipe is..)

and the other thing is... what if i'll by this down pipe 3" , bring it to the shop with the car and he tells me that he can go 2.5", not 3"...
i guess i could bring the car there, he looks at it and tells me what size is better, and then i wait 7 days for the down pipe to come in... but i would hate to leave the car somewhere else where for friggin 7 days :(
and to tow it back and forth is not really convenient...
donno... gonna talk to my dad again ;)

ohh check this tip out... http://www.cardomain.com/item/PILPM594E
i think i will go with this tip... (it fits the color of the rims  )

3" fits and the welder just needs to know what he is doing. If you have to pay a little more for him to agree to it, that is fine as long as you don't feed a 16g down a 2.5" system. Long term you are better with 3". The downpipe will not allow for the catalytic to be as far forward as it should be, so maybe you should just look at ordering a dump pipe that can be welded onto, because the muffler shop will make a bend that will be the lowest point under your car, and therefore hit when going over speed bumps and such. This is why I was steering you towards the Megan part. Now that I think of it, I have a flex section right under my oil pan so the exhaust can rock a little with the motor as it torques under acceleration, so make sure to get that put in as well. So, in summation I change my mind to this (because you have stock engine mounts):
2.5" (at the turbo exhaust) up to 3" Mild steel dump pipe with a short bend (mandrel)
3" flex section at the oil pan area (just behind)
3" catalytic converter like a flowmaster or the like but must be 3-way!!!!! (an oxygen tube is fine as long as it stays capped)
3" tubing all the way back to the muffler (and yes it will fit in the stock location)
3" flowmaster offset inlet/outlet muffler
whatever tip you feel like adding to the muffler
This will get you going and will keep the smoggies in check.
If you prefer a really mellow exhaust and don't like abusive exhaust noise and nor do your local police force, install a resonator between the catalytic and the section going to the rear axle.

do you have trouble reading? yes that will fit, any exaust manifold for a 4g63 (besides the newer evo engine) will fit your car, like numerous people have told you 1990-99 eclipse/dsm/4g63 whatever will fit.

Is there any performance shops around you?? I would take it to a performance shop they could fab up a turbo back exaust for you so you don't have to try and find a downpipe that will fit and all that jazz.. All they need to do is 2.5" from the o2 housing flare it to 3" then a flex section then a cat and like eagle said a resonator(if you want it quite) then to your muffler not to tuff and 3" will fit just fine...

P.s. Any more upgrades yet?? What kind of wheels are those looks good...

http://www.xperformance.com/ this is the best i could find in my area (the problem is that i moved from vegas not long time ago. not like I knew some shops there, but there is a lot i'm sure)
or this guys http://www.13thstradiator.com/ and i already have talked to them... they sad they can do it...
And yes i want it quite...
anyway i'm a student and short on cash, so ones i have the turbo (wich will happend next week or so) it will be another month while i get more money for the exaust sistem.

there is not much upgredes on it... nothing have been done to the engine, this 16g will be the firs aftermarket thing that will go on the engine. It does have a high end stereo sistem.. I painted front calipers red myself( used spesial paint for high temperatures), and my dad (to lower the car) cut the springs, he could not find aftermarket ones. I think i found ones from RallyArt , but i didn't got to it yet.

The wheels are 17" *5 zigen*, They look so sweet on the car.....

I will keep you guys posted ;)
