lancericgsr: if you have enough experience with the DSM cars you can pull it off.. but im sure it wont be cheap. almost everything about the project will be custom. that includes motor mounts, axles, shift cables, fuel lines and pump, throttle cable, radiator and hoses, wiring, intercooler pipes and core mounting, etc etc.

Ok listen I was the one who said it would be all custom. are you haveing trouble comprehending what i wrote?
your argueing about the difficulty with me but your agreeing with what i said and acting like i didnt say it..
and yes DSM experience will be benificial. If he knows nothing of the motor that would make a swap like this that much harder. If he knows every thing about the motor that will put him alot farther ahead because he would know what to expect and plan for it..
how about this.. your right im wrong. does that work out for you?

If there is something more to add to this thread that is beneficial, then great, if nothing beneficial, it ends now.

Lots of fabrication and know-how to pull this thing off, no more fussing, no more grief. He-said, she-said is now over.

Thank you and have a good day.

Unless you are wanting to be different, doing something like this isn't worth it. Its a giant pain in the rear. Major suck on time if you are doing it yourself. Major drain on the wallet if you are having some else do it.

Swap a csm if your wanting a sleeper. Buy a dsm if you want AWD.

I've been down this road before. You don't save any money with custom, unless your time is free :-?
