Can anybody please tell me if 4g 61/67/63 crank pulleys are all the same?

Need to know what pulley you have, and what model your are looking to replace it with.

4g61t pulleys, seem to interchange within the Mirage family of 4g61 motors from 1988-92, and 4g63 (look likely the same) and 1.8 DSM completely different due to a single groove AC pulley mounting to the front. 4G67 also likely very similar if not identical but it can depend upon what motor they were on. Can't tell you diameters, but if there is a different part number, something changed ever so sligthly or maybe not at all.

Is this a situation where parts aren't in front of you and you have to order them ??

My lower pully needs to be replaced, my engine is 1992 lancer c6 4g67, I have found some pulleys from a 4g63t evo, this fits evo's 1 2 and 3's, also I have a spare one from a 1990 c57a colt with a 4g67 but would rather a new one but can't find a standard one anywhere :-(

Looks like there is quite a bit of crossover for the 4g6x motors with regards to the crankshaft dampener pulley.

Available from Canada: OEM, Aftermarket and aftermarket SFI upgrades

If you have AC, just be sure the pulley has the setup for two belts.
Both multi-rib serpentine style versus the single groove V that some AC compressors were using, ala 4g15 style.

Do you have AC installed?

No I've not got air con, has anybody had any experience with solid pulleys, or is that a bad move?

Crank whip harmonics and solid pulleys that don't reduce said harmonics. Long term the theory is, don't do it and not good.

SFI fluid filled pulleys for high end stuff or rubber sandwich pulley, call it a day.

Stock is all you need, whether aftermarket replacement or OEM price tag.
