Anybody ever upgraded the rear drums to disc before? Trying to think what would work

im going to once I gather up the funds... 89mirageman makes the adapter plates.. and he knows what hubs and rotors to get.(for the 4x100 bolt pattern).. pretty sure u use the 1g dsm rear calipers..
