I had one of these a while back, was a bit of a heap, and wasnt road legal at the time, wish I kept it sometimes but was going to be too much of a mission to get on the road. :(

Even the engine code, and chassis number do not exist on our listings!
When we get the archive concerning this stuff up and running this car will have to get added. :wtg:

Europe didn't receive ANY turbo engines from these cars.
We will add this to the archive posting when it can be done, and then it will get dropped in so everyone can have a quick look see.

Also interesting that it came with the W5M31 gearbox with the 2.846:1 final drive ratio.

The Japanese spec Borgs pre 1990 all had KM221 2.846:1 'boxes which changed to the W5M33 3.545:1 'box (Similar gearbox to the Lancer Evo and Galant VR-4 Evo, but with a slightly taller final drive).

Point to note, the next shape up (1992+) Mirage 4WD (Rare as hell) also came with the W5M31 2.846:1 'box

Yup, rare as hell over here in europe. I've seen few 4WD sedans (4-door), one or two 4WD liftbacks, and one 4WD Colt...
Pretty distracting, seeing that front badge, between driver's side headlight and Mitsu diamonds in the center, i've almost crashed once. when i saw 4WD liftback...

And yes, they all came with 4G37 over here. Eu specs says it has 71 kW at 5500 rpm and 141 Nm at 4400 rpm.

Damn. Want one... :(

(random blabbering, it's 3 am, i have some work to finish, and i have my exams in 8 days... and i'm broke... )

Like a year ago, I saw one of those in a junkyard here. It was red, with that identical 4WD badge on the grill. It was an auto. The car had been rolled, and the roof eas half caved in. It had a SOHC engine in it, nonturbo. Not sure exactly what engine it was. I dunno where the car came from, but I think it's safe to say it got crushed...becuase I've checked back for it a bunch of times, and the car is totally gone. I SO wanted to gank the rear end from it.

I almost forgot the car had brake drum at the back original but my friend upgrade it with Galant brake disck on the whole car. That is reason why he must drive with 14" rims now :)

Yup, the KM221 in my wagon has the VR4 final ratio.

So I guess that equates the KM221 to a W5M33?
