I paid him 130usd for a safc2 with paypal and he disappeared like a fart in the wind. He still manages to log on Tuners once a week and Myspace daily. 9-6-07 He places a classified ad on Tuners under the name BlueTurboSpyder. The classified ad was for a safc2 for 130. 9-7-07 I sent him a message on the forum offering 130.00 shipped for the part. 9-8-07 He messaged me back accepting my offer. He gave me his paypal address and said he would ship the part once payment was received and provide a tracking number as well. 9-9-07 I paypaled him the 130.00. 9-17-07 I message him on tuners asking what the status was. I also emailed him. I received no response. 10-3-07 I filed a complaint through Paypal. I allowed Christian 8 days to reply to the Paypal complaint, but he did not. 10-11-07 I escalated the complaint to a Paypal claim. Paypal gave him 10 days to reply to the claim with a tracking number, refund, or reason for not following through on the transaction. He failed to do any of these. 10-22-07 Paypal concluded their investigation and awarded the claim in my favor. However, Christian had removed the money from his Paypal and bank account during the claim. Paypal was only able to recover two cents. 10-29-07 I file a complaint with the ICCCFBI. If anyone can provide any information on this it would be greatly appreciated. |

What is the ICCCFBI? I am currently going through paypal for the same thing-bought a safc2 and never recived it, but from a different guy. |

This thread is up for review, as a complaint from "ChrisHowardServices" was received, regarding its deletion now that apparently the two parties have long since reconciled. No evidence has, as of yet, been brought forth to substantiate this claim. The site owner has been contacted and will respond accordingly. He has not been on the site since before this request for review was put in place. The owner will deal with this personally, and has not been delinquent in returning a response to "ChrisHowardServices". As a member of this site, I feel it is up to the owner, once he has been reached, to determine the appropriate course of action. |

I removed anything that could be "libelous". Anything else in the post is public information easily found across the public domain. This is a feedback forum and the rest concerns a transaction. If "beaner" feels it has been resolved, he can delete his own thread. |
