If he responds to the claim on paypal as quickly as he does with his shipping, you should have it resolved much quicker. I've never had an issue take longer than a month or so to get my money back.

didn't have a problem with him. he responded to my PMs almost as fast as i sent them. seems like a good guy. i got my parts about three week days after i sent him the payment through paypal.
