Bought what was supposed to be an unhacked, virgin gvr4 harness from the guy. Once I sent him the money, he told me that one of the plugs were cut off of it, which was ok with me, just one plug. Once the harness arrived, I noticed that there were quite a few wires cut/hacked at the ecu plugs and there were multiple plugs cut off, and the harness doesn't even have 91-94 style plugs. I pmed him about this and he told me that I should re-sell the harness.

*edit* I just recieved a partial refund and an apology from buclaocao, I think he may have not noticed the hacking on the harness before he sent it out.
