if his clutch was that bad, it wouldnt be possible. im shocked a 1.5 sohc could even do that without some spray to help it.
my totally stock DD mazda6 with the base motor was quicker then that. lol. and thats the turd of my collection.

A guy I know has a GUTTED 1.5l 12v with no mods. He has a straight 2 inch exhaust and no intake. I mean he has no MAS and no intake pipe to the throttle body. All the interior is gone but everything is basically stock. No head word of timing changes. The clutch slips so bad it almost wont spin over the tires. How is he able to do a 10.7 in the 8th?? I have the 2 liter NT swap in my car and it only runs a 10.4 with a full interior and head work done. Im amazed his car even runs! |
