Its actually a bit peaky and a torque monster, boost is down to 29-30 by 7,500. I heard most of this second handedly, Hemi-colt decided to try this with his car and spoke with Jack several times about it. Jack is a pretty stand up guy so I don't doubt the stuff he told Davis. Davis is already to 30 psi on his motor but he has much larger cam's and JMF intake so this thing is screeming to redline and see's full spool at 3300 rpms.

I just wonder how they get the boost to spike that high and hold that much to redline, especially with biggie cams. Back when I used to run a 16g I could never get it to muster more than 24psi, and it would fall off to 22psi by 7,000rpm. This was on stock cams, stock intake manifold, was a Small 16g though.

The wastegates are welded shut...no wastegate at all in the system. Don't even need a boost controller.

Ahh, I see. Man, I would love to see some video footage of that. Are these guys running stock bottom-ends? What are they using for engine management?

Mine would hit 32psi and fall to 24 by redline. All that I had was a boost controller to controll the boost. People have really great results by either welding the gate shut or by shimming the hell out of it. Shimming it allows you to adjust it if need be but it raises the point that the turbo would creep to.

This is a sleeper 16g. So mine is in the area of what yours is.

Yeah I know but I am not quite sure that you have the 18g exhaust wheel\ TD06 exhausts housing. I remember seeing you car. Correct me if I am wrong

And if could any one give me an intelligent answer as to how that wheel helps beside variables of trim and size?

If that makes senses

I am not 100% sure, but this turbo should have a TD05 wheel and housing. It has a 20G compressor and machined housing.
