Not bad at all for pump gas and DR's. I could also only muster a couple 2.1x 60's on Nitto DR's at 13 psi. Temps were around 55 degree's also.

Ditch the VR-4 wheels. They're small and heavy, which is a bad combination. Pick up some cheap Rota Slipstreams or something to put slicks on and use your VR-4 wheels for daily driving.

M&H 23 x 8 x 15's work really nice and are the same diameter as stock, keeping your gearing lower. The 24's like to rub your struts over 100 mph.

Reminds me of my old whip 4 years ago.

22 or 22.5 inch tall tires worked best when I was at your trap speeds...

horrible. 60ft time need help. M/T radial are suppose to be great. it has zero thread wear rating. you will need a lot of back space with 24X8 slicks to clear the strut. coil over will fix this problem. my best 60ft time on slick is 1.63s with stock strut and spring. you will need to put the pressure at 16psi. i think it will get quicker if i have lsd. your car is making the power with that mph so you should get some high 11s with traction.

You should definatly be able to get a better 60'. I pulled quite a few 2.1x's in my base model 4g61t'd car on 195/50 15" Sumi HTRZ's. I would think 1.9-2.0s on DR's.

Coil overs + 24.5 X 8 + Quaife are what you need

Let's see what happens now. Upgrades... Coilovers, sheptrans (stage2) and 24.5/8.15 M.T slicks. Just not sure if is going to hit that strut, but im getting 1/4 spacer and bring that car all that way up on front. Now lets see what happen..........

Ok. I when to that track again, not too happy cause i was having problems with the stutterbox. I only got to run 2 times since that car didnt want to rev past 5000rpm.

First pass.
60 foot- 1.918
1/8- 7.924
1/4- 11.957
mph- 121.54
On slicks.24.5/8/15. 9psi

second pass.
60 foot- 2.397
1/8- 8.623
1/4- 12.654
mph- 120.41

Check the connection on the wires that go to the clutch pedal switch. I had a similar problem in my car (wouldn't rev past 5500rpm), and it was because the wires to the stutterbox had a poor connection.
