On 195/13" street tires I pulled off a 13.7 with consistent 111 mph passes. This car gets NO traction until halfway through 3rd gear. Whenever I can get to the track w/ boostfreak I'll get his laptop on the thing and tune it. Right now the AFC is guesstimate tuned w/ stock injectors and pump gas (17psi). Hopefully he'll let me borrow his slicks too.

It's nice to see you stick with the colt a little longer. Kind of makes you for sale add late last year look like a bargain. Do you think this will be faster than your omni if you stick with it ? Greg

My problems with the colt almost went away when I went back to stock sized wheels. After another alignment the torque steer is gone. I don't think the colt will beat the Omni. The Omni is getting a 16 valve Neon head and a custom Shearer exhaust manifold and some other goodies. I won't be happy if I'm don't hit a 10.99@ 130mph or better. The Dodge trannies are much stronger too since I can't fit a turbo DSM tranny in the Colt. The Omni feels much safer at high speeds also. I don't expect anything better than a 12.90 out of the Colt unless I want to break the tranny again or die in it.

Took it to the track again after putting in the EVO injectors and leaning it out some. For some reason I couldn't get more than 19 psi out of it though and couldn't get the logger to work. So it's still untuned. My mph only increased to 112mph. I did work on driving it and pulled off a 13.4@111mph on the street tires. 60 ft times were in the low 2.3 range with one 2.27.
