Its a stock pattern O2 housing flange in 1/2" thick CNC machined stainless steel from forced performance. The only tricky part is cutting the piece for the wastegate, you have to make sure the gate doesn't touch the radiator or the alternator. Mine sits ever so slightly below the alternator.

yeah that was an awesome write up.. the wheels look cool to. i just put wheels on my car. before that tho our cars looked very much alike- welll minus the fact mines is silver and has dings in it and is missing the window side molding and well you get the picture... good job. i'm sure runnung the intercooler piping a little different couldnt hurt

Thanks for the response and glad you liked the writeup. Actually my intercooler piping is as short as it can get with an air-to-air FMIC and I wouldn't change anything about it. The lower pipe runs straight down and towards the driver side just to miss the front motor mount and then over the lower inlet, and the outlet comes right beside the radiator and runs up to the TB elbow.
