I'll try to think of it as more of a car than a legacy. When my wife and I kick the bucket she'll also become a homeowner, and an antique Buick owner, but hopefully those objects won't define her.

One thing's for sure, given the choice between a pile of toys, and my car, the car wins out every time.

Try not to drive fast enough to scare her!
I scared my little one driving "bumblebee" on loan from work for a car show. Granted both my parents were in the car too.
Good to see the little one cleaning up her act. Goes a long way when realize she is giving back after all of those diapers she gave you.
