Sweet, i've seen the anime but not the movie. Better watch this before youtube pulls it for copyright infringement haha.

I watched the whole thing, then started playing Tokyo Drift on my Dreamcast. The funny coincidence is that two of the fastest cars in the game are the blue old school Z, and the black turbo 911.

I still have my dreamcast to. Tokyo extreme racer games were the best. Genki the developer of the Tokyo series made the wangan midnight games also. Not sure about the initial d games though.

you guys make me want to dig out my Dreamcast and find a copy of TXR2 :p

the movie was good, not as good as the anime, but still enjoyable in its own right.

a little cheesy at times, the effects budget was obviously very small. i laughed when the car rolled at the end, and you could plainly see the shit aluminum wheels they put on it, so that they didn't have to burn the RS Watanabes they'd been using up till then.

Sega developed the Initial D games, even the arcade stuff.
