There is a cop car in a small town up the road that hasn't moved in the year and a half that we have been here.
Its a dodge intrepid so it probably doesn't even run.

In some areas, they actually use dummy cars with mannequins in them. They'll leave the car for a couple days until people get used to it being there with the fake cop and then post a real car and get themselves some revenue through traffic tickets.
