Original miles, yes, there are only 41xxx miles on it.

And just for the hell of it, check out the badass CB radio.

It's a 90 Mirage with a 4sp hydro tranny.
Plans are to drive it through the winter and swapping it in the spring. I want to go for a stock looking car with the swap, non-intercooled, meth injected but who knows. It drives like a dream, so smooth and no clunks or noises. It sounds and feels like a new car. lol

Thoughts, comments and ideas welcome. :D

Nice find! You should take those mud flaps and send then to me!

I'm scared to ask but what's going on with that shifter that it looks so worn? Nice seat covers!

Those mud flaps are stayin on, they're sweet! I've never really seen ones from the factory like that before.

Ya those seat covers are now history, as well as the door bump protectors. I'm debating leaving the pink pinstripes though. And I'm not sure what's up with the shift boot... that will be replaced for sure.

Great find man, especially with those miles. I'm liking the mud flaps too.

Looks like someone tried deep-throating your shifter, and it obviously didn't end well...

Looks like a clean car otherwise, congrats!

Thanks for the comments, I did some work today, cleaned the inside pretty good. This thing was dirty, I don't think it had ever been cleaned. I took out the super cool CB radio and removed the pink pin striping. Looks pretty damn nice now, this thing is a dream to drive. 8) But I can feel that itch starting.... must.... resist..... swap.....

Nice score, I drive my elantra every day with no major problems and I'm trying so hard not to swap it to at least a stock turbo kit (DOHC 1.8 4g67) using a T-25,lol. I want boost so bad that I make BOV noises while driving, so I know the feeling and it's only going to get worse from there, lol.

A+ on the cleanup... how many rolls of papertowels and gag-reflex did it take for the interior? What were the cleaning chemicals in your arsenal? What's up with the stankness of some folks?... for example, upon first clean-up - my Colt had half a taco (or something that looked like) jammed in the headrest seam! :vom:

Weren't feeling those Mele Kalikimaka surf-style seat covers, eh? :D

Keep up the good work and updates.

Good luck and skill,
#89
