If you havent heard yet, I was No.1 Qualifier and took 1st Place in the Street
Tire Class with my Colt. I also set a new personal best of 10.68 @ 134!!!

I know I had more in it but they gave me crap for running 10's without a jacket,
or a cage or harness yadda yadda... I was so excited since my first pass was
a 10.99. So basically after my 2nd qualifying pass of 10.68, they said I cant run
any faster than 11.49 or else they wont let me run again. So all I had to really
do was shoot off the line til I got a good lead and, then stand on the brakes at
about the 1000ft mark down the track to keep it slower than 11.49. Felt like I
was street racing again!

My buddy took 2nd Place in the Outlaw Class in his 2G Eclipse. He would have got
1st but his fuel pump started leaking in the staging lanes in the final round. So he
got 2nd by default I guess.

On to the vids!!
Ill have pictures up soon...

1.6 60ft that was getting better and better. I think with a little less tire pressure, and a little higher launch, I couldve bust at least a 1.5 60ft...

Yeah FP3065. Still rockin a stock DSM intake manifold also... I need to invest in some springs and retainers cause I know those valves are dancing around in there....

10's was the goal I set/built the car for... And I always said a 10.5 would be nice. But seeing the potential in the car and how much left i have in it, I wanna see looooww 10's. We will see though....

What cams are you running and how high are you revving? The stock DSM intake manifold works pretty damn well, I have to admit.
