I'm pretty sure he's on some variant of a 16g with all the supporting mods. It's still a 1.6 IIRC.

That thing was a BITCH to launch, it had 550 ft/lbs at 3200 RPM on the launch, and the tranny was a peice of shit.

I ran a 12.5 in my vette with an exhaust and D/R's which had 300whp (mustang dyno)

Then ran 11.82 on nitrous (400whp)

I won't say I'm a great driver but for you to say "I can't drive".... uhhh ok.


PS - The mustang had 430hp, not 'over 500'

Anyway back to the original post... that's Barnes, that car is wicked, you gotta be careful running him from anything slower than 60MPH becuase that thing gets scary!

Why didn't you get slicks? I hated that place because of Brandon aka transonic is he still in bussiness? The only people i rember is Jay in that yellow T/A and I think his name was ryan with had an r6 last i know,Zona and pretty much anyone who got ripped by brandon.

I did have slicks, it was a bitch to launch the thing, then the tranny was fruit and banana up so 3rd was nearly impossible. Lots of people have problems with the TKO600's, I should have spent the extra $700 on the T56 but I didn't have the money at the time.

Transonic has been closed for 2 years I think? Brandon moved to another state and fruit and banana a bunch of people over from what I hear (go figure)

What ever happen to the stang? I think you sold it on ebay? You'd like it out here in Fayettnam there more stangs than anything, and a shit tone of ls1's, evos, sti's.

Yeah Brandon was shady it took me 4 year to get my block from benson for my dsm and i had to take him to court over it. I told my story on ne street scene and that was my last post cuz i got booted off the forum.
