won the hood on a ebay auction, $375.00 for the hood + $80.00 for shipping. checked the company out on other fourms, seemed to be a stand up company with quality products. paypal'ed the money, one day my ups driver said he has a package for me from canada, with $55.00 due for duties. (nothing was stated about any extra fees) had to pay it to get the hood. Opened the box to view my new c/f hood, said to myself "this isn't going to be good" the hood was wrapped in one very thin layer of packing foam. Now I sell a ton of c/f hoods, any its a job to unpack them from my supplier. (double boxed with enough bubble wrap to wrap a small car) Had a few sceatches on the d/s,wno big deal they could be wet sanded out, then I saw the silver dollar size spider web crack. contacted the seller, sent pictures, waited & waited. was never contacted by the shipping company. was told a claim was filled by the seller, should here something soon. was contacted one day and was told that a full refund would be given after i show proof that the hood was destroyed. So now i have a damaged hood that is usable, that i needed to destroy to get my money back. All i could see was cutting this hood up to show proof, the not getting a refund. screwed either way. So I took a chance, destroyed the hood, sent pictures and waited for 2 weeks till a refund was given. It all worked out in the end, but major headache... plus the hood was a HUGE P.O.S.
