Okay this guy wins coolest 4g63T project evar award. That is just awesome, and it's right in my backyard. Too bad I don't have a spare $50k laying around, cause I would roll Mitsughini HARD :)

car looks great. but what a POS (imo).... first video that camera guy is the worst ive ever seen lol (roll up ur damn window).... when the car got on it to pass the cam car it wasnt very fast...(if ur gonna build a car like that go all out on the motor also).... now comes the 2nd video......at the very beggining u can hear him grinding..going into reverse... then when they get to the inter shots( took him forever to turn the damn thing around lol)... when theres a shot of the dvd..they have a damn porn playing... nice for sales i guess lol...

over all the car looks great but they cheaped out on the engine dept.. a nice 500+ hp 4g63 would make that thing sell so much faster.

this is just my opinion on this car.. im not responsible for the dummy who actually pays over 50k for it.

Steve

360whp sounds awfully healthy (maybe a bit of a stretch) for a B16G so it's probably not THAT fast the way it sits....but that's easily rectified with a properly sized turbo. Still the coolest project I've ever seen with a 4g63. I'd love to have that car!

definately an awesome car to say the least. but...if i had the cash and was building that car, it would definately get an ls1 6spd swap.

I can't believe I did this but.... :) I had my EVO for sale with intentions of purchasing a widebody NSX. The EVO sold last week and the NSX owner was not being flexible, so I widened the search for a new sunny day toy.

When I saw this thread I just couldn't resist checking it out in person since it was only about 10 minutes from my house. Pictures and video do not come close to doing it justice. There are a few real minor nitpicky things I'll fix to make it perfect, but damn it's sweet. I checked in with the company who did the intercooler kit, AEM package and tuning (also does cages and custom tube chassis race cars) and they reported that both the chassis and body were extremely well put together. The car apparently made power easily on the dyno and the motor build seemed very healthy. Obviously like me they felt it needed a much larger turbo, IC and fuel package to justify the build but those things can be done in the future. It runs perfect, has 199 miles since completion of the build of the car and engine and has basically been a showpiece in the owner's pole barn of hot cars since new.

After much thought I negotiated the final price and put down a deposit. As soon as the EVO's spot is cleared at my house (and weather permitting) the Mitsughini will be in my garage. Just thought I'd share that this random thread turned into the sale. I'll post up pictures when it's home :)
