Nice colt. I have been trying to sell mine for years too. There is no interest at all for colts. Gotta keep in mind, most of us colt owners want cheap speed, and would rather buy a shell, or running colt for a couple of hundred, and then swap in whatever we feel like. We are cheap bastards. I love the c10's, and that is why i would rather give up my c50 than my c10, even though it needs more work than my hatchc50. Good luck with the sale. btw, what intake manifold / TB are you using, and what fuel control do you have? |

its in my post. Custom machined, tig welded intake manifold with velocity stacks and 4 injector bungs. 56mm TB that was from a honda project I had kicking around. Fuel and igntion is Simple Digital systems SDS EM4-F that fires Coil packs. No distrubuter. There is huge money spent on it. Konis in the front were over 600 bucks plus the custom top mounts and thread overs and springs. I have burnt off 2 sets of tires. Car will lay rubber from a roll in 2nd gear. 3000 rpm in 1nd while driving, get into gas and it will smoke the tires. Still my daily driver, who wants it??? |
