Did the RWD Models come to America? I hae been looking for one for a while and have not seen one...anywhere.

To answer your question,yes. There were many RWD models imported by Chrysler from the 1971 model year on. The first cars were 1st gen Galants, I have three of them. These were followed in 74 as the 2nd gen Galant giving a facelift and larger body making room for the G52 w/5 speed. In 77 we got the Lancer and the Lancer Celeste as the small Colt and the Arrow. The Sapporo and Challenger came in at the end on the 70's and these also being on the Galant platform also providing the Starion chassis in 82. :wink:
