I never knew where to find these clips for the grille before I stumbled onto this site while looking for brake line routing clips...

http://www.eastcoastbolts.com/grillecli ... 25pcs.aspx

After I posted this I realized it probably looks like spam, but I seriously just meant it as a handy resource for anyone with a wiggly grille.

$12 each huh? Well, it will be expensive when people start restoring these things down the road .... lol

I got some when Chris was going to the yards. About the only way you could afford those.

No it`s $12 for 25 of them. Not so bad really.

Does anyone know where I can get stuff like this?

I`m putting all new tubes under a tracker, and there`s nothing left to hold them in.

I've searched the whole internet, and seems like you can't buy pipe routing clips unless you are a giant car manufacturer.

Googled "Automotive tube fasteners" and got this site:

LISI AUTOMOTIVE Click Me

Figured it was simply a nomenclature barrier, as I have hit that many times. Heck, I hit that everyday!

Any of those work for you?

I had to sign up to see the catalog, and I'm currently awaiting a password via email. Who would have thought it was so difficult to buy some tube fasteners.

There was another site I found that makes these things, and when I looked for a distributor, they didn't even have US in the dropdown menu.

Ok, found the product I needed, but actually had to send a message to inquire about purchasing them. Probably required to buy a million. LOL

I'm curious to see how secure those new clips hold the grill. Anyone who orders them, post your results please. My grill is loose and rattles with the cams and poly engine mounts. But my clips are not broken, they're still functional just not tight. I wonder if new clips would hold it any tighter.

I cut the buckles off some tiny cable ties, folded them at the cut end, and wedged the fold into the clips to hold them tight. That's with old clips of course, but it's been working for years on my car.

I'm currently missing my two rubber snubbers at the radiator support, but have all clips. My hood does vibrate some, but the glue has all let go too. We all have some sort of noise issue at the front end. Haha.
