Dude, Metal started in the late 60's, early 70's. (Led Zepplin, Deep Purple, Judas Priest, then went wild in 81 with the birth of Metallica.

Don't forget about Black Sabbath, which is where it really started. Metallica, Slayer, Anthrax gave birth to speed metal or thrash metal. The only thing 1991 gave birth to was Metallica's black album, which sucked compared to their earlier stuff.

92 spelled the rolling out of, what was previously built on Japanese soil, from the Normal, Illinois plant; all the Summits/Colts/Mirages/DSM's, etc.
Not sure about Stealth and their cousin, the 3000GT's though ....

He's saying that prior to '92, CSM's were all built in Japan...after that they were built at the DSM plant in Illinois
