I have some things mulling around in my head. I was wondering if any of these might be in demand? I might even make them in 3 different display colors(blue-purplish/white, red or green) Also these items should be able to be car universal. 1.) Digital boost controller (possibly multistage) or 2.) Digital boost gauge with peak hold/clear or 3.) Just a boost warning led light I would build it for about half the non-chinese-crap price(minus shipping), with no case and you would assemble yourself(either pre-soldered or un-soldered), made in the USA? (should be able to fit in the clock area) or I could also combine them, which would take allot of DEV. And you would have to use allot more components, which would cost about the same as a quality boost controller. Or I can make a larger programmable versions that you can set your own peaks/values/units of conversion. I am getting into electronic automation, so if anyone else has some request about what they want there car to do electronically, let me know in this post. |

Send me one, also I would like a picture of one working if anyone has one. This gives me an idea, I could convert clock assembly's to boost gauges. This would require 1 or 2 wires(or possibly a vaccum hose) to be run to the top of the dash. If I have good access to the clocks internal display data lines I can use the original display, or I can make the display bigger and made of scratch resistant glass(and therefore more useful).

I enjoy my clock, but would love a gauge that I can flush mount into the one gauge cluster. Also, I find the stock clock a bit dim, I have to put my hand over it during the day to check time. I would recommend against that display unless you can make it brighter. |

a digital boost controller that can do boost by rpm (or gear, but that is a different story) with a gauge, that performs somewhat comparable to the turbosmart gauge controller would be freaking amazing. will it control just top port or bottom (or both ) port of an external gate? if it includes comprehensive assembly instructions so i can solder it together myself, put me down for one. |
