Those are great looking wheels, but they will definitely stick outside the fenders at the +10 offset.

Uh,the Grid Offroads are an SUV/truck wheel. The Grids are a car wheel, and available in the proper offset.

Buddy "offroad" is the model name of the wheel they are not made for an actual offroad vehicle

Not only would the grid offroads look stupid and not fit, but you wouldn't even be able to bolt them on the car properly. Stick to the normal grids, and get them in a +40 offset.

Are the "Off-road" versions stronger? Or is it simply a distinction based on the bolt patterns and offsets?

I think they just are a different from the normal grids because the only come with very low offset (+10 or +20) and having a concave type of look.

Yup^^^

They work well for the "hella flush" and/or "VIP" look, but they will kill the suspension with that kind of offset

Just bought them Regular Grids 16x7 +40 offset.Thinking on putting 215/45 tires on them to give them a nice meaty look.

That stuff is why I left the VW scene after 20 years. All it took was expensive wheels and airbags to get a mag feature.

The "off-road" versions are meant for trucks, or vehicles that drive off-road.

.... Maybe your name should be "Captain Obvious" hahaha

Why are they meant for off road vehicles or trucks? If the only differences are the offsets and lug patterns I don't think the "off road" description is accurate.
