Jeremy,
All I need is your trim level designations XXX XXX and the model listing (C53AMNPTL2M type of numers) listed on the firewall aluminum plate, should be beside the colur coding. I got all the rest from mitsuman just before he sold the car back to you. Cheers on your posting about this, I might not have asked for it otherwise. This will complete your listing.

Well, I have to assume your car is indeed R52 and not P52, as listed from what I get in the manuals?
R52
RED
AC10752
California Red
AC10534
RED - Engine bay and interior/trunk paint colour
The build date would be really helpful too, it is listed on a metal plate on the driver door jamb by the striker area.
Cheers on posting your info, you officially have the second lowest #'d car, bested by to bmw88rider who posted the #4 LA Show Car.
Your build date should be either March or April of 1988.

Oh, and is your car a Plymouth or Dodge, the P/B in VIN spot #2 are easily mixed up on the listing.

Ya I believe it is one of the older ones, it sure looks like it that's for sure! I'm out of town for work, but will be home tomorrow, and will try to get you the rest of that info.

I must have just misread that color code. It is red. Also, it is a Plymouth Colt, not a Dodge.

I would like to add to trashed cars a red one I seen at a junkyard about 4years ago that was crushed(Dodge). Also Bill totaly striped every bolt off of one in another junkyard black(Dodge). I would have saved the red one but this was before I knew what they where. Sorry everyone.

Charles

Got any city names where those cars were, for the red or black cars? I organise by city names, and then by state, and country. Makes it easier if people see a city name near a junkyard car, crushed cars however mean they no longer "drive the pavement". If you cannot remember the cities, then I'll just post them generically, and no harm done.

I am going to start an update at the first page of the threads, so people can see the progress so far. It's a little hard to read though, I must find a better screen capture program. If you know of how to find a screen capture program worth it's salt, PM me! 8)

Red one was in Norfolk, VA and the black one was in Chesapeake, VA

I bought this car new August 1989 in Albany, NY. I drive it 4-5K/year and it has 103K. It is in excellent shape. VIN JA3CU5423KU04xxxx
Firewall code C10AKV04xxxx Build date JUL 88
Color W09 04A A81
Model C53AMNPTL2M
Trans KM210

It is pretty stock except the engine and gages. The 4G63 has all the usual mods and was dynoed at 318 hp, 305 Tq on a Mustang Dyno, 2 roller type.
It has never been crashed, but this is just luck. It's a hairy beast to drive.
I live near Syracuse NY Frank Kline

I got a lot of idea help from Jerry in Tampa. He was like my C/M Guru. A couple years ago when I was down there I bought an Isuzu FMIC from him.
How is Jerry doing? You know, right.
