I'm interested in the ACT pressure plates. Does anyone know how much power the 2100 can hold? Thanks.
11.59 @ 126 on act2100 and 2g awd disc

Making around 450 to the crank.

I am also running the ACT 2100, 2.0 fwd turbo flywheel, and KM210. Ran a 12.3 @ 122 with open diff - nitto dr's. I'm pretty happy with the set up so far.

I also wanted to point out that for a while I had a CFDF for the 1.6 flywheel. Stock pedal feel, but anything more than 250 uncorrected ft/lbs of torque will over run it.

i have a xtd ebay clutch (junk) that started to slip after 5,000 miles and an aluminum 8 and a half pound fidanza flywheel i like how it revs over the stock one but my friend thinks they are a waste he is always on the honda forums and he says they are always knocking them on there and that are not good for drag racing but i think mine helps !

The 2100 on my 3440lb Gvr4 held 300 at the wheels fine, I even cut a 1.8x short time on crappy small side wall tires. The CSM's are so light I think the 2100 would hold up fine. I am running a 2600 ACT in my car now and it should be able to hold all the power I am going to put at it also the car is so light it should be able to take a beating.

I've been told that the firewall flexs from anything over a 2100, I think it was Rob @ roadrace that told me ??? any input ?

Come on man, this is like CSM 101 here.

If you want to use an ACT 2100 kit for a DSM you need a FWD 6-bolt DSM flywheel. The stock 4g61t flywheel is too small for the DSM clutch.

Robert has told me the same exact thing. I don't doubt that it flexes, but I don't see how it's that big of a deal. I've known people used 2600's and 2900's in their CSM's without any issues.

Yeah, I have heard of that too. Well, I just installed a 2900lb clutch in my KM210 and I'll let you guys know if my firewall breaks in half. :D

I've never messed around with original turbo's, cause I never owned one till recently. I think it was a valid question. Mabe you should do a CSM 101 writeup? :D

Act does make several pressure plates for the colt flywheel with 215mm disk. And I am pretty sure one of them is refered to as 2100. Greg

Firewall flex = bad, so this equals good, but although not a direct application, you get the idea for combatting movement using a thick metal support bolted to the frame rail.

I have a act2600 in the coltgt. Grabs fine, the pedal is a bit stiff. Nothing too crazy.

Nice, too bad that frame rail support isn't pre-made and available to the market. That would be nice. :D Is that your car Flying Eagle?
