Please reply here with the known working suspension upgrades for the CSM.

Also, feel free to share your thoughts and opinions about the parts and their installation.

I don't suppose Whiteline makes coilovers for our car? You need to post this extensive line.

no not a wagon more like this....
http://www.eterna22.orcon.net.nz/

think you call them summits? in the states. It's a jap import. The front setup matches the 2wd, its the rear thats the problem. They don't use independant rear end like the VR4, its a solid diff more like old school rear wheel drive car. They use the same rear spring as the 2wd. The strut lenght below spring perch is about 2" shorter as it mounts on the top of the diff. I'll try and get OEM part number and maybe some who know's dsm's could maybe see if it matches up???

cheers for the pic's eterna22 :D

Get a pic of the under side of the car and we can compare them to what our DSM's look like and can say for certain.

The FWD DSMs do use a solid rear axle...my 92 C50 does too. Panhard rod is opposite though. I'll measure tomorrow...and take a couple pics. Hopefully that will help clear this up?

just put in 1g fwd springs [w/ csm struts] in the front tonite. much better road feel and significantly less sway. i can verify that they do lower the car [just the front in this case] 3/8ths to 1/2 an inch.
strongly recommended for the price.
...will post on awd rears [gives closer f/r spring rates] when i get them in.

edit: got the rears on, and the car feels 1.235 million times better than it did. they aren't what i would want for racing, but they combat body roll, brake dive, and acceleration squat MUCH better than the stock springs did. nice on the terrible denver roads, too.

for the ~$25 the springs cost me: A
