I picked these up at tire rack when the snow hit here in michigan because I couldn't find a dedicated snow tire in my area. These tires handle surprising well in the snow and wet conditions! They were like 60 bucks a piece which definitely isn't bad for how good they've been. I slapped them on some 15'' nissan steelies with no regrets. Can't comment on dry pavement because, well we haven't had any yet.

I have the same tires in 215/70-15 on my '99 CRV. They are great handling dry or wet, but this is the second winter after 50,000 hard kilometres(30,000 miles) and now they suck in snow. I wish I'd have gone dedicated winter/summers.
